We collect only the information you give us through this site — your name, contact details and message — and use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask, to send the investor dossier.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Inquiry data is retained for as long as it takes to assist you, then deleted on request. To review or remove your data, write to hello@gabalanature.com.

This site does not use advertising trackers. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live.

By using this website you accept these terms. The site presents an in-development project; all text, illustrations, plans and figures are provided for general information and do not constitute an offer, contract or investment advice.

Content on this site — including illustrations and the Gabala Nature Resorts name — belongs to the project and may not be reproduced without permission. Links to this site are welcome.

Illustrations, the masterplan and all performance figures on this site are illustrative. Yields, occupancy, appreciation and timelines are projections, not promises; actual results depend on many factors outside anyone’s control.

Reservations, pricing, payment triggers, title transfer and rental programs are governed solely by the executed agreements and applicable law in the Republic of Azerbaijan. We recommend independent legal advice before reserving.

Reservation Terms 04

A reservation request submitted on this site is not a contract and pins nothing on its own. Our ownership team confirms availability, then issues a reservation agreement for signature; only the signed agreement creates rights to a plot.

The reservation deposit is 10% of the residence price, payable by bank transfer after the agreement is issued. It is fully refundable for 14 days from receipt, after which it remains refundable until the agreement is countersigned, less any costs expressly stated in that agreement.

Remaining payments follow the published schedule against verified construction milestones. If a milestone is not verified, the related payment is not due. Plots are allocated in the order countersigned agreements are received.

Rental Programme Terms 05

Joining the managed rental programme is optional and is agreed at handover or at the start of any later season. The programme operates for whole seasons: you may join, pause or leave at the end of any season with written notice.

The programme fee is a percentage of realised rental income only — it is never charged while the residence is unrented or owner-blocked. Owner-blocked dates and standing owner days are honoured absolutely: no booking may override them.

Monthly statements report nights booked, gross income, the programme fee and the net payout. The full terms, fee schedule and service levels are set out in the rental programme agreement.
